MEET THE TEAM
Helen Pettemerides has been a Personal Trainer for over 4 years in the Bath area and in that time has worked in various gyms and trained a variety of clients. Her clients are all different and working towards varying goals......from those wanting to lose weight, recover from an injury or run a half marathon.
Helen's client base consists of men and women of all ages from 20 through to 78!
Helen is based in a private gym in Batheaston or Bradford on Avon for fitness work
based around weight loss, toning up or injury re-hab.
She also provides programmes for clients with medical
conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes or arthritis.
Running is a favourite past time for Helen and she can design running programmes from
beginner level through to marathons.
Helen qualified through Premier Training and registered at Advanced Level 3 with the Register of Exercise Professionals.(REPS). She is also on the National Register of Personal Trainers.

Helen's interests include running various half marathons and 10km races, walking her dog, watching Bath Rugby and of course, going to the gym!!
Tom Stayt is a former Gloucestershire Professional cricketer turned Personal Trainer and has been training clients in and around the Bath area with great success during the last couple of years.
He will train you anywhere that is convenient to you. In his studio gym in central Bath, your home or the local park. Tom will provide the equipment for a fantastic workout, all you need is the motivation to work hard! He trains clients of all ages and abilities.
Tom also qualified through Premier Training and is registered at Advanced Level 3 (REPS). He also holds a certificate in Sports Nutrition.
Tom is currently Captain of Bath Cricket Club and enjoys supporting Gloucester Rugby Club in his spare time. He also has an interest in nutrition and can often be seen in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes!
Emma Lloyd left a career in Finance in order to follow her passion for fitness and re-train as a Personal Trainer, and has never looked back. Emma's particular area of expertise is mobile and outdoor training, and she has all the equipment in the boot of her car to train you either in your home, garden or nearby park. For those in the Bradford-on-Avon area, Emma can also train you in the lovely studio gym at Peter Dixon Chiropractic Clinic.
Emma likes to make her sessions fun and full of variety, and she enjoys working with people of all ages. As the mum of a young daughter, she is particularly in tune with the needs of people with young families, and she also holds a specialist qualification (Active Ageing) which gives her special skills to train the "young at heart"! Emma also has a particular interest in core stability, and likes training with the swiss ball.
Emma is qualified through Lifetime Health and Fitness and is registered at Advanced Level 3 (REPS). She also holds certificates in Core Stability and Active Ageing. When she isn't running around after her daughter and dog, Emma enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, having recently turned her hand to triathlons after 20 years as a distance runner.
Ben Duddridge qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2011 having always had a passion for health and fitness. A keen sportsman, Ben has experience in many forms of physical training which brings a unique approach to helping you reach your goals.
Ben trains clients of all ages and abilities, and will train you in any location that’s convenient to you whether it be at home or in a local park.
Ben qualified through Premier Training as an Advanced level 3 Personal Trainer, and has gained further qualifications including Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management, Advanced Nutrition for Physical Performance, Kettlebell training and Powerclub training.
Ben enjoys playing rugby and supporting Bath Rugby Club, as well as having an interest in Nutrition and of course going to the gym.
Matt Sutherland Deciding to turn his passion into his profession. Matt gained his Level 3 Personal Training Diploma back in January 2011. At the same time he also qualified as a Nutrition & Weight Management Advisor, Power Club Trainer (excellent for shoulder strength & rehabilitation). Since January Matt has also been on a number of workshops which include Injury Prevention and Strength & Conditioning for Children and has worked with many different conditioning coaches. Matt is looking to take a Sports Massage Therapy & Soft Tissue Manipulation qualification in early 2012 which can help with any small injury which may stop you from exercising also excellent to work alongside keeping fit and optional health.
Matt can train everyone in a time and place which suits YOU be it home, park, or a small gym which I work from. Tailor making a fitness programme to fit your means will mean I will always have your interest at heart.
Matt also works as a Professional Sports Coach working within local schools and mentoring Young Sporting Talent which looks to get children living a healthy life.


All Personal Trainers are on the Register of Exercise Professionals (Level 3) and Helen is on the National Register of Personal Trainers.
