Helen Pettemerides – Personal Trainer (Batheaston & Devizes)
Helen Pettemerides has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years in the Bath area and in that time has worked in various gyms and trained a variety of clients.
Helen qualified through Premier Training in 2005 and is registered at Level 4 with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). She is also on the National Register of Personal Trainers.
She is one of only a small number of trainers in the local area to hold Specialist Level 4 Qualifications. In 2015 she qualified as a Lower Back Pain specialist, meaning that she is able to deliver safe and effective exercise plans to aid recovery of clients with lower back pain. Then more recently Helen completed the Level 4 Qualification in Obesity and Diabetes.
Helen's client base consists of men and women of all ages from 16 through to 95 but those over 65 years old really benefit from her knowledge and experience. Many of her clients have medical conditions such as Arthritis, Parkinsons or MS or have had Hip or Knee Replacements. Helen is able to provide exercises to make everyday activities easier.
Helen's interests mainly include keeping fit and active and she likes to take part in various half marathons and 10km races. In June 2012, Helen completed her first ‘ultra’ marathon by running 69 miles in 2 days along Hadrians’ Wall in aid of Dorothy House Hospice. She also likes to walk her springer spaniel and support Bath Rugby
Matt Holmes - Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer (Batheaston & Devizes)
Matt qualified in 2005 from Premier Training. Since then, he has worked in various different Sport Centres until becoming self-employed in 2014. He is available for both Sports Massage and Personal Training in Batheaston, so he is the ‘go to’ man to take you through the rehabilitation process and beyond. So whether you are suffering from a sports injury, work related muscle imbalances or everyday pains and strains then Matt can help.

Loren Thaneja – Personal Trainer (Batheaston & Devizes)
Loren trained as a Personal Trainer in 2009 and has worked in a variety of gyms in Bath and London. He has worked with many clients wanting different goals from marathon goals to general weight loss. Loren is also a keen enthusiast for High Intensity Training finding the benefits of this kind of workout extremely effective.
In between Personal Training, he is teaching instructor led classes such as Les Mills GRIT, RPM, Spin classes and Running courses focusing on new runners hoping to achieve a personal goal or to train for a distance event.
Loren believes fitness should be fun and exciting but also challenging to the body. Each programme he designs will not be the same for everybody. He ensures every session is a positive and goal inspiring for every client.
Loren is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Kettlebells, Nutrition for Sports Performance and Leadership in Running Fitness. He is also a Les Mills GRIT™ Coach.
Dylan Worthington – Personal Trainer (Devizes)
Dylan has worked for over 18 years in the fitness industry, including over 4000 hours of Personal Training in the UK and overseas. His well-rounded experience has seen him train clients with a wide range of goals including weight loss, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and GP referral.
Your results are paramount to Dylan, and he ensures clients reach their goals through careful planning and regular assessment of your progress with both fitness and nutrition. A natural motivator, Dylan's positive approach ensures sessions are always enjoyable and rewarding, regardless of your aims.
Dylan is a Level-3 GP Referral specialist Personal Trainer and also holds qualifications in Studio Cycling, Kettlebells and Circuits. He has also completed a course in Nutrition and Weight Management.
Outside of fitness, Dylan enjoys travel, classic cars and motorcycling.
Simon Bennett – Personal Trainer (Batheaston & Devizes)
Simon is a qualified Level 3 Personal trainer, ex- Rugby, Cricket and Marathon runner who understands the stresses and strains the body is put through participating in competitive sport.
Just over six years ago, he recovered from a major health scare and decided through his fitness rehabilitation that he should help others to live a healthy lifestyle. He then decided to take a big career change, from working in sales and marketing within the construction sector, into the fitness industry, first as a gym instructor and eventually as a personal trainer.
Keeping fit has become an essential part of his lifestyle routine – and everything else has to be worked around fitness.
His goal in life is to help people make that step change, so fitness takes priority and becomes part of everyone’s lifestyle and wellbeing routine.
Nathan Leakey – Personal Trainer (Batheaston)
Having worked as a Sports Coach for 6 years and building up some valuable experience, Nathan moved onto working as a Fitness Instructor at a gym based in Bath. Through this, Nathan then qualified as a Personal Trainer and has been working in this capacity since 2012. Nathan has worked with a whole host of people ranging from 10 years old, right up to those in their 80’s! He has also worked with those wanting to improve specifically for their chosen sport, including Football, Rugby and Athletics as well as working with people who want to maintain a good level of fitness.
Nathan loves getting alongside the individual and firmly believes that fitness should be something to be prioritised alongside a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
If Nathan is not working, he is often found walking his nutty dog ‘Maverick’, participating in “Tough Mudder’ Events, hanging out with friends and supporting Arsenal FC!
Kirsty Lockhart- Personal Trainer (Batheaston)
Kirsty qualified as a personal trainer in January 2015. Her qualifications include level 3 exercise programming and coaching, exercise for fat loss, behaviour change coaching and nutrition and weight management.
Kirsty has always been active and enjoys running whilst exploring the local countryside, as well as weekly swimming sessions. She also has a new puppy and two children to keep her busy!
All Personal Trainers are on the Register of Exercise Professionals (Level 3) and Helen is on the National Register of Personal Trainers.
